Bio

As a qualified and experienced EFT practitioner (trained by EFT Masters), I take enormous pleasure in helping to identify and clear emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, and creating FUN as well as effective sessions (with gentleness and humour).

I've helped my clients internationally with countless issues—anxieties, assorted fears (flying, public speaking, etc), career guidance, weight loss, traumatic memories, feelings of discouragement, depression, disappointment, anger and frustration, childhood trauma, eating disorders, troubled marital/family relationships, migraines, backaches, and serious diseases (cancer, Parkinson's, muscular dystrophy).

More about MTT and me

I'm also a writer (and occasional broadcaster), as well as an EFT practitioner, and am very aware of the power of language and the nuances of words. Over the years I've collected a wealth of ideas, techniques, and inspiration, both from the many EFT workshops I attend and from the broad reading I do, and so bring many different perspectives to my sessions. I love finding creative ways to help my clients see their problems in a different light and make new choices.

I give regular workshops in Zurich and London, and love doing phone work.
