Bio

I have been working in the healing profession for almost twenty years, providing services to children, adolescents, and adults. My experience involves psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki, various energy psychology techniques including EFT, meditation, and psychological kinesiology.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, certified clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and ordained minister. As you can see, I am open to a variety of paths of exploration and learning. Please check my website for more specific information.  

I believe we are all on a healing journey towards personal and spiritual growth. We hold all of the answers to our questions inside ourselves and we can find those answers when we take the time to listen and just be.

More about MTT and me

I first came upon EFT four years ago when a friend forwarded Gary's website to me. I had been exploring and utilizing various energy psychology techniques by Fred Gallo, Peter Lambrou, and Roger Callahan since the early 90's, but had yet come across an easy to learn (i.e. tapping for dummies) acupressure technique. For whatever reason, the universe did not want me to know about Gary's work for a decade into my exploration of energy work. After reading the information on Gary's website, I immediately looked into training. I enjoy his DVD series and highly recommend it to anyone.

I use EFT daily with myself and my clients. I believe in the power of EFT and how it has transformed my growth. I have explored a variety of traditional and nontraditional therapy/healing techniques and until I came across EFT, had not cleared two core issues. 

EFT is easy to learn, powerful to experience, and most importantly, empowering.
