During my 20+ years in the personal growth field, I've attempted to define exactly what I do. Several years ago, I finally came to the conclusion that... I am a teacher of well being.
EFT SWEPT ME OFF MY FEET! - I was so impressed with EFT, that I turned my hypnotherapy and NLP practice into an EFT practice!
I do all my EFT and Life Coaching sessions by phone or Skype. I am however, located in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada. EFT works incredibly well on the phone! I feel its because of the privacy and increased focus. I can record EFT sessions free of charge and email a link to listen and tap to again!
My EFT coaching practice has a focus on more complex issues like depression, anxiety, weight loss, chronic conditions and the so-called 'mystery conditions'; IBS, Colitis, Crohn's, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome etc. I also like working with the Law of Attraction, Attracting Abundance and business coaching for EFT Practitioners. My career path before entering into the healing modalities was business and marketing. I enjoy helping people move towards improved well being, finding emotional balance and success in both their personal and business life!
